Certification Requirements

Associate Professional Master
Prerequisite Active subscription; professional background in coaching, counseling, education, HR or psychology. No prior AgileBrain experience needed. Active subscription; professional background in coaching/counseling/HR. (Associate recommended but not required.) Active Professional Practitioner credential in good standing. At least 12 months of practice since earning Professional certification (time to mature the practice — not a deadline).

Longitudinal debrief = repeat assessments with the same client over time. Group/organizational debrief = team, department, workshop or culture-study debrief (one-on-one executive coaching does not count).

Marketing materials

All credentials are digital. Upon certification, practitioners receive a congratulations email with links to their credentials on Certifier, where they download the badge and PDF certificate. No physical mailing. ICF CCE credits issued upon practitioner request.
